For more than 50 years, our enterprise POG "Belotserkovskoye UPP UTOS" has been a developer and supplier of low-voltage products and systems for the safe operation of elevators. More than 70% of products are exported to the markets of the CIS countries.
For the past 80 years, the enterprise has been carrying out activities for the social, labor, medical and vocational rehabilitation of disabled people, orphans. Our main achievement is not the progress of production, not the volume of products.
The fundamental principle is blind people who were able to prove to the whole society that they are no less capable and talented than the rest, that the lack of the ability to comprehend the world with the help of vision is not an obstacle to its full knowledge.
Production at the enterprise takes place according to a closed technological cycle, starting with the design development of tooling and ending with the release of the finished product.
Main technology subdivisions:
- Workshop for the processing of plastics (thermoplastic), the annual processing volume is 500 tons. The equipment involved: injection molding machines - 38 units hydraulic press 100 tons - 26 units.
- Cold stamping workshop - annual metal processing volume - 400 tons. Equipment involved: cold stamping presses and automatic lines - 50 units, cutting complex
- Hardware manufacturing workshop - annual volume of non-ferrous metals processing - 300 tons. Involved equipment: single-bar automatic lathes - 80 units; automatic hardware and nail manufacturing machines - 34 units;
- Electroplating workshop - protective coatings workshop capacity - 1000 tons per year. Automatic coating lines involved: galvanizing, nickel plating, oxidation, phosphating, chromium plating, silver plating.
The enterprise employs the capacities of auxiliary production - energy and mechanical services, mechanical repair and tool shop.
